The Challenge
Arcline’s real estate platform was functional but uninspiring. Property listings felt like spreadsheets, the search experience was frustrating, and agents were losing leads to competitors with more visually compelling platforms. The market demanded a premium experience that matched the value of the properties being listed.
Our Approach
We interviewed 30 homebuyers, 15 real estate agents, and 10 property developers to understand the full ecosystem. We analyzed search behavior patterns, tracked drop-off points in the listing funnel, and conducted competitive benchmarking against the top 10 real estate platforms globally.
