The Challenge

ShopVerse had strong products and competitive pricing, but their online shopping experience was losing customers at every stage of the funnel — from product discovery to checkout. Analytics showed high bounce rates, significant cart abandonment, and poor mobile conversion.

We conducted a comprehensive UX audit combined with user behavior analysis using heatmaps, session recordings, and user interviews. We identified the specific friction points causing drop-offs and prioritized them based on business impact.
