Zenbooq’s learning marketplace had thousands of courses but learners couldn’t find the right ones. Course pages lacked consistency, the learning experience felt disconnected, and completion rates were alarmingly low. Instructors were also frustrated with the course creation tools.

We conducted a full UX audit and analyzed behavioral data from over 100,000 learner sessions. We interviewed both learners and instructors to understand both sides of the marketplace, mapping out the complete journey from course discovery to certification.
